Who this covers

This policy covers the applications we register with platform providers to build and test automation workflows — including our Meta application used with the WhatsApp Business Platform. These applications are development and reference implementations. They are not offered as a product, they have no public sign-up, and they are not used to process the data of anyone who has not agreed to take part in testing.

What is collected

Only what a message carries. For WhatsApp that is the sender's phone number and WhatsApp profile name, the content of messages sent to or from our test number, the message identifiers, and delivery statuses such as sent, delivered and read.

Our WhatsApp test number can exchange messages with at most five phone numbers. Each of them is added by us and confirmed by its owner with a one-time code, so nobody is included without knowing about it.

We do not collect location, contacts, media libraries, advertising identifiers, or anything from a device. We run no analytics and set no cookies on this website.

Why

To build and test automation workflows: routing a message to the right place, avoiding duplicate processing when a webhook is redelivered, classifying what a message is about, and proving that failures are handled rather than silently swallowed. That is the whole purpose. Nothing here is used for advertising, profiling or resale, and nothing is sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.

Who else sees it

Three kinds of processor, and no others:

• The platform the message came from — Meta for WhatsApp, which delivers the message in the first place and holds it under its own terms.
• Our own infrastructure — a self-hosted n8n instance and a PostgreSQL database on machines we control.
• A language-model provider, where a workflow classifies the text of a message — for example deciding whether it is a support request or a billing question. When that happens, the message text is sent to the model provider's API. It is not used to train anyone's model.

How long it is kept

Workflow execution history is deleted automatically after 14 days. Records in the automation log are kept while the work they belong to is being built and tested, and deleted when it is finished. Test data is deleted outright rather than archived.

Asking for it to be removed

Write to serhii@buildok.dev and say which number or address you mean. Everything we hold for it is deleted, and you get a reply confirming it — there is no form and no account to close. You can also ask for a copy of what is held, or ask us to stop processing it, and the same address handles both.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, because there is no mailing list.
